It's currently 5:15 a.m. in Jakarta, Indonesia and I can't help but wonder, is it too early to call Mark? Surely he is awake. I need to be respectful to the others though and squelch my impulsiveness. So, I will wait, perhaps another hour and then I can't make any promises.
